  3. Keep it safe – Please do not include personal contact information, addresses, or details that could put you or others at risk.

  4. Focus on your journey – Share what you’ve experienced, how you’ve grown, what you’ve learned, or what hope you’ve found. Your story matters.

  5. Offer hope – Remember, your words may be the lifeline another woman needs. Speak with compassion and grace.
