  1. Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA)

    • Connexion & Connexion Plus (Paratransit Services): Door-to-door or shared rides for persons who can’t use normal bus routes due to disability or other special needs. jtafla.com

    • They also have apps for trip planning & ticket purchase. tokentransit.com+1

  2. JTA Fares & Passes

    • While not explicitly free for survivors, pass programs and mobile pass options (Token Transit, etc.) may help reduce cost burden. tokentransit.com+2jtafla.com+2

  3. City of Jacksonville – Emergency Assistance Programs

    • The city sometimes aids with emergency transport, or gives assistance that may cover transportation services. It’s good to ask local social services. ◆ (Check under emergency assistance or victim services) Jacksonville+1

  4. Comfort Keepers: Incidental Transportation

    • This is more oriented toward older adults, but in some cases might help with errand-type rides. Check eligibility. BenefitsCheckUp

  5. Families to Freedom

    • A national program that sometimes provides free rides to shelters for domestic violence survivors. If local shelters are on their directory, this could be an option.
